When My Order Shipped?

We will process your order for 2-3 business days, for the holiday season we usually need 4-5 business days.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

This depends on whether it is an *International or a Domestic order. All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 7-10 business days. International packages will take typically 2-4 weeks to arrive to their destination. Please feel free to email us or give us a call if there is anything we can further assist you with.

What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?

We use the United State Postal Service, DHL Packet, Asendia United States and UPS. To keep shipping rates down we compare costs between these carriers and ship the most efficient way.

How Can I Track My Order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped and you can track your order in here. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 7 business day, please contact us.

How to Entering Discount/Gift Card?

On the product page, please click the “add to cart” button. You will be directed to the cart page. Under the pay with paypal button there will be a box where you can enter the discount code or gift card code. After you enter one of these codes click “Apply”. Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount. Now you can directly pay for your order by pressing the pay button with Paypal and entering the checkout page you have received a 10% discount.

Where's My Package?

We usually send orders after the production process is complete. When we ship your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address you provided when placing an order. In this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you have trouble seeing this information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What Are The Shipping Rates?

We are working hard to reduce shipping costs to continue saving you. We charge a flat rate of $ 8 – $ 12 for domestic shipping, for international shipments of $ 12- $ 14 Orders shipped outside the United States are charged on a case-by-case basis and may include additional processing and handling fees.

How Can I Change My Order After It's Been Placed?

Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend calling us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.

How Do I Return an Item/Receive a Refund?

If you find that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your money (not including shipping costs) or replace a better one. That is our commitment to this store.
